I began my career with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. I spent several years writing air traffic control software and building internal tools for Google AdSense before making the leap to product and project management in 2011. Since then, I’ve worked at companies large and small to bring innovative ideas to life. I’m fluent in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including strategic planning, roadmapping, story mapping and writing, quality assurance, test-driven development, launch management, and pricing and packaging. I pride myself on bringing stakeholders together to coalesce around a shared vision that is valuable, usable, and technically feasible.

My leadership style is grounded in Modern Agile philosophy. Successful, empowered teams need so much more than user stories, a retro, and biweekly sprint planning. True agility requires continuous learning and discovery. It requires a team where everyone feels valued, authentic, and safe to contribute. It requires leaders focused on solving real problems for our customers and a product that delivers on that vision.
